RB2B launched a first-of-its-kind visitor identification tool and handed us the entire cold email channel, deliverability infrastructure, founder-voice messaging, and ongoing management, so their team could stay focused on product. We took them from $0 to $4M ARR in 6 months, then kept the engine running through a product retool and a relaunch. Today RB2B is at $6.3M+ ARR, with 42% of revenue still attributed to cold email.

RB2B turns anonymous B2B website traffic into named people in real time. It identifies U.S. visitors by person: name, title, LinkedIn, and sometimes email. When person-level data isn't available, data partners fill in the company. Hot leads go straight to Slack, a CRM, or a webhook, so the team can act while the intent is fresh. RB2B runs a free plan and paid tiers, built for fast, personalized outreach on top of the stack a team already runs.
RB2B was launching a first-of-its-kind tool that identifies visitors by person, in real time. The team had elite demand gen people in house, ex-Apollo, ex-Gong, ex-ZoomInfo, but modern cold email is its own skill: multi-domain infrastructure, rotation, reputation management, compliance, and sequencing at scale. They hired us to own the channel end to end so their focus never left the product.
RB2B was also a new category and a new product, with zero deliverability reputation and no outbound message-market fit yet. Here is what was at stake:
Net: they kept building. We ran cold email end to end, which cut their time, effort, and risk, and raised the odds it worked.
Before launch, we built the deliverability infrastructure and the founder-voice messaging RB2B needed to send at scale without burning a brand-new domain.
Built the deliverability infrastructure and the founder-voice messaging during the two months of setup before launch.
42% of revenue attributed to our outbound, 17% of signups, 30% positive reply rates.
RB2B paused all outbound to retool the product. Growth flatlined.
Restarted the engine after the pause. We now drive 15% of signups and $130,405.58 in LTV every month. RB2B is at $6.3M+ ARR.
15.30% of all RB2B signups came from cold email. We're now testing verticals beyond AI and SaaS: manufacturing, professional services, and others.
Throughout, RB2B never had to hand-hold the channel. We kept the fleet warm: putting domains on warm-up networks, pulling burned assets, rotating in fresh backups, spreading sending across Gmail, Outlook, and SMTP, and watching health so the channel could relaunch clean. Adam still doesn't have to hop on calls with us.
Will this work in my niche?
RB2B worked because we matched the right message to the right segment. We've done the same across SaaS, professional services, and other B2B companies, and the proof gallery shows results across different ICPs. If you have a defined TAM and a solution worth talking about, the mechanism works.
Quality vs. volume: do these leads actually convert?
Every client is different, but here are RB2B's numbers: for every 10,000 emails we send, we get 340 replies, a 3.4% reply rate. Of those replies, 30% are positive, so that's 102 positive replies. But not everybody replies; some people go straight to the website and sign up. So for every 102 positive replies, we get 155 signups, a 1.523x uplift. Or to say it more simply: for every 64 emails we send, we sign somebody up for RB2B.
What about compliance and deliverability?
We run 200+ domains with backups behind them. When 34 domains went down, the backups kept campaigns running. We monitor health in real time and swap out problem domains automatically. Every email is CAN-SPAM compliant, and we protect sender reputation with careful volume management and list hygiene.
How long until I see results?
This is PLG signups, not meetings. Plan on 4 to 12 weeks to a consistent signup lift. We launch in 1 to 3 weeks, as fast as 7 days if your inputs are ready. For RB2B we prepped for about 3 months pre-launch; today we move faster. Expect early signals by weeks 3 and 4 and stable winners by weeks 8 to 12.
What happens if something goes wrong?
We tell you, and we have backups ready. We've hit five deliverability crises over this engagement. Every time, we deployed backups, talked straight with Adam, and fixed the system. Trust went up because of how we handled it. The safety nets are there so campaigns keep running when one piece fails. You really don't have to do a thing. We're the ones who figure it out.
